After School Club - OSC
Our popular after school club runs every afternoon during school term times from 3pm to 6pm.
Taking place in the Rising Stars Preschool classroom, it is available for all children aged from 3 years to 11 years.
Each Term a booking form is emailed via School Ping to parents who have registered for the OSC.
Fees (school age children)
The charging policy and fees have been agreed by the Governors.
3 - 4pm £5.00
3 - 5pm £10.00
4 - 5pm £6.50
5 - 6pm £10.00

HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING ?
Parents must complete an OSC Registration, which can be found above. The AFTER-SCHOOL BOOKING FORM is sent out at half-term to parents via School Ping.
Please note: Children will ONLY be accepted into an after-school session if they are registered with us, and we are in receipt of a completed booking form or amendment form.
Bookings made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged an additional administration fee of £2 per child. Due to staffing ratios, there is no guarantee that we can accept late booking, so all booking must be confirmed by the parent.

Please ensure that you inform us of any cancellations with as much notice as possible. Any cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged at full price.
It is the responsibility of the parents to inform the school office of any changes to bookings using the new email bookings@bourton.school
